Tar River Chapter was formed in 1983, and is currently 16 members strong.

Meeting Information:

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month from September through May, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the Educational Building (Textile Studio) at the Imperial Centre, 270 Gay Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27803. Handicap accessibleHabdicapped Accessible.

In 2005, members worked on a six months project, a Christmas sampler on linen, as well as various mini-classes.

Membership:

Regular dues are $45.00 per year. Plural membership dues are $11.00 per year.

Guests:

Guests are welcome to attend 3 meetings, and are expected to join on the 3rd meeting.

Special Interest Groups:

Monthly stitch-ins are held on the fourth Saturday.
